The necessary shift for preserving our future is to move from sustainability to regeneration. Baillie Mishler and Lauryn Menard – on this year's ADA 2022 jury for the sustainability mention – are firmly convinced that design can be the trigger of such change.

In an ongoing attempt to change the dominant narratives around climate change, design futures consultancy PROWL turned to furniture design. PROWL's work at Milan Design Week turned many heads last summer with a furniture collection named Exposure Therapy, named 'Top 10 best presentations of Salone del Mobile' (New York Times, april '22). The fully circular collection has upholstery which was designed and developed in BYBORRE Create™, allowing PROWL to tell their story through custom textiles.
